How to make kimchi cheese udon

 Introduction

I have a lot of frozen udon at my house.

That's because it's cheap. 

I live alone and am currently saving money.

And I like kimchi and cheese, so my goal is to keep them at home.

Udon is famous in Kagawa Prefecture.

You can afford it even if I get home late from my part-time job and don't feel like cooking.

 

 

 

How to make kimchi and cheese udon.

material  1serving

・frozen udon

・kimchi

・cheese 

・chicken broth

・sesame oil

・water

・egg

plastic wrap

 

 

1. First, put 50g of kimchi into a plate.

2. next, add 2 teaspoons of chicken stock to it.

3. Add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil in it

4.  Add 4 tablespoons of water to it

5. After that mix well

6. Put frozen udon noodles in it

7. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes

8. Add eggs and stir and sprinkle cheese on top

9. Cover with plastic wrap again and microwave at 600W for 1 minutes

 

Conclusion

This dish took about 10 minutes.

I turned out very delicious.

I added a lot of kimchi.

This is the best recipe you can make even when you are tired.

I don't use fire and knives.

Everyone who is really busy should make this too.
